4 System Model

5 Conclusion
This decision analysis model through the establishment of the system of multi-angle in-depth analysis of the current decision-making characteristics of the library, library system and its proposed new requirements: intelligent, personalized, professional order to close toward the requirements proposed in this paper the use of ontology technology to achieve a unified format for data exchange, multi-Agent optimize heterogeneous distributed information retrieval and resource discovery mechanism, to build a library of information to support decision-making integrated system to improve decision-making efficiency, better decision making for the library service.
