AHP-based evaluation application analysis project

[Abstract] construction evaluation of many factors, the article through the Application of AHP in decision-making to build evaluation model construction, the establishment of the target layer, rule layer and layer-level program analysis model combined with a project case, with the software quickly calculated in order to achieve optimal solution, empirical analysis of the bidding options in the company by the relative weight of the total order, choose the best construction for the project construction company. Studies have shown that levels of analysis used in construction of decision-making program evaluation is feasible, the result is reasonable.

1 Introduction
In the project construction tenders, tender evaluation of different methods will be different assessment results. How fair, impartial and scientific assessment of the bidder's tender, the real strength of the selected bidder as recommended successful bidder, evaluation methods choice is critical in the evaluation stage, offer the major part of the assessment of the tender evaluation of bidding units of the total offer price and major projects such as quantitative indicators, technology assessment is part of the project have a major impact on the whole general plan of construction, construction technology and methods , total construction schedule, project quality assurance measures, investment in construction machinery and equipment, materials and labor programs in areas such as appraisal. In the technology section, such as the construction of the overall layout is reasonable, advanced construction technology and methods of qualitative indicators such as the class, its evaluation is often difficult to quantify, standardized and structured, the final decision only in accordance with the evaluation staff knowledge and experience in qualitative and comprehensive to be judged. Pingbiaodingbiao process in order to avoid the subjective and arbitrary, as much as possible for evaluation to be structured or semi-structured, in order to improve their scientific and accuracy, this paper uses hierarchical analysis for tender evaluation [1].

2 AHP empirical analysis of project evaluation

2.1.3 sub-criteria layer: B31: construction organization, B32: technical measures, B33: quality assurance measures; B41: performance status, B42: internal management, B43: technical equipment, B44: Engineering competence.

2.1.4 program level: C1, C2, ..., Cn all bidding companies said.

2.2 Overview tender
Participate in a project tender has A, B, C three construction companies, now select the best bid from a unit of their respective tenders as shown in Table 1.

2.3 The calculation process and results
Level analysis using the AHP software, according to the index system and to determine the level of calculation, the results below.

Considering all the evaluation criteria, obtained A, B, C and the relative merits of three construction companies sorted values, see Table 7 shows that Company B's bid program (weight than the other two units, followed by a company The bidding program, the results can be sorted accordingly choose the best bid units.

3 Conclusion
Application of AHP for evaluation, decision-making through the establishment of the correct evaluation system level analysis and structural model, the various qualitative and quantitative factors are divided into orderly layers interconnected by a structural method to reduce the subjective factors impact, and therefore more satisfied with winning unit selected.
