1.3 Results: 72 patients in one case the femoral artery hematoma occurs, the remaining non-surgical complications.

2 psychological nursing intervention
2.1 Preoperative psychological care: patients with coronary angiography as related to lack of knowledge that the heart is a very important organ, the risk of cardiac surgery in the very large, thus resulting in tension, fear, anxiety, psychological, causing rapid heart rate , blood pressure, poor sleep adverse reactions, affect the operation carried out by competent doctors, nurses and surgical director of the major operators to go to a bed under the patient's age, occupation, education level, in plain language enthusiastically surgical patients and family members the importance of operating procedures and surgery, security, time is short, less trauma, faster postoperative recovery of such knowledge, and then intervene with patients and their families to visit the rooms, including environmental, equipment and operation of the members, if necessary surgery when patients have accepted the preaching coming out, so that patients and their families fully understand the mind so as to reduce negative concerns. surgery last night to give sedatives, before bed, soak enough medicine to allow patients to have a good sleep. In order to avoid puncture in patients with pain caused by tension may be given midazolam with intravenous midazolam and fentanyl, a sedative, anxiety, pain relief effect [2], thereby eliminating patient stress, anxiety.

Because life can not be bed-ridden self-care, nurses should be caring, patient, to enhance understanding of patient visits in a timely manner to help, so patients with no worries and if required further surgical treatment diagnosis, Health care workers to be patient to explain.

3 Summary
Because coronary angiography patients do not understand or know knowledge is not comprehensive, easy to produce tension, fear, leading to sympathetic nerve activity, causing rapid heart rate, blood pressure, thus affecting the conduct of surgery and surgical quality, and even have serious complications. Therefore, patients with good psychological care intervention to eliminate stress, fear, anxiety is very important.
